Hi, can someone please help me and give me advice. I brought an item from Ebay last week but after I paid the seller cancelled the order and sent me a refund, it has been saying "refund pending" in my Paypal account for the last 7 days but today it says Cancelled. Whats going on? and where is my money?? please help, I am so upset about this, It was a xmas present and it costs a lot of money over £150. What can I do next??
