Where is my refund?

I sent a payment through the friends and family service on the 07.02.2017 and they refunded it an hour later. I was told it was 24h-3 working days for my refund to hit my account. It's been 3 days and still no refund. How long will it take? I don't know what it was sent through ie. Bank card or bank account. There were no funds in my PayPal balance so I know it's not that. Please can someone help?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and how  you funded that payment will be on the details page.

You need to say >>

1. If it was a card OR bank transfer.

2. Have you had a paypal email to say a refund was made?

3. Does the refund show in the transaction history?
