In total I've received 5 refunds one dating back to February they all say they have been refunded to my card but have not appeared in my bank? And my PayPal balance is £0, Where is my money and how can I get it back?
Apologies for the delay. Refunds to a card can take up to 30 days to complete depending on your card issuers processing times. In most cases you will see the funds clear to your card within 5-7 working days.
