Where is my money??

It's been almost two months since my payment has been rejected on Ebay but my money is still gone ...

My bank account clearly shows that money has been withdrawn using PayPal system and PP support has confirmed that issue is on their side calling it "known technical issue".

I waited a month for a ful PayPal to confirm it officially, and now is's 5 days before 2 month will pass without any progress.

Is it really possible for a PayPal not to refund me within 2 months period ??? All this for GBP 299...

I thought this could happen only in 3rd world countries.

Well, the account is just a credential.
I have no issue with it since I received an email confirmation of my issue.

The problem is refund.

Money is gone from my account to PayPal service and I've been waiting for it almost a 2 month now.

Was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and is it normal for PayPal to hold on to my money indefinite?

It’s been a two months now and I still miss my money and I’m still hoping that someone might give me some information of what is going on and when could I have my money back.

It’s worring that no one officially has any oppinion about it nor does it have a need to elaborate such claims.

If you want someone to investigate this for you then you need to actually contact customer services.
