Well, the account is just a credential. I have no issue with it since I received an email confirmation of my issue. The problem is refund. Money is gone from my account to PayPal service and I've been waiting for it almost a 2 month now. I'm having a similar issue.   No traces of transaction except bank account statement.   Multiple phone calls to support and finally came (one month later) written confirmation that issue is on their side and "will contact relevant department" to rectify.   Well it's been almost a month since that and still no word. Not even a reply is due any more...   I can only guess that so called "relevant department" is somewhere deep in the rain forest and mailman comes very rare.   It would be totaly inapropriate if that department is in the same building or anywhere else with internet connection available because they could just email support or finance to rectify it.     ...
