I got a paypal payment request from a shop I brought a few things from, I payed it but the shop got back to me and said there going to cancel the payment and do it over the phone (as paypal sent it as an echeck) it shows up cancelled however paypal have still took the money out of my bank account but it's not in my wallet, how do I get that money back? I've waited ten days and it's not appeared in my paypal wallet either..
When you cancel that payment or its cancelled your processing funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction has been cancelled return them to your paypal balance (if it was funded from your balance or instant bank transfer), but that takes up to 5-7 working days.
