In my emails this morning was notification that I had received £800 from an individual in Australia, they appear to have clicked the buy option on my website probably by mistake. The email address and physical address are verified by Paypal does this mean they are a genuine user? No instructions from sender or email via contact me option on my website.
The email address is hotmail should I contact them or just refund the payment? A fee was taken by paypal will that be included in refund or will I end up paying for someones mistake?
