Unable to escalate claim as I don't have a laptop!

Hi I was sold a 2nd hand broken iPhone that was advertised as new. I've opened a claim but I can't escalate it as I don't have a laptop. Only my android phone. Can anyone help

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
You can view the Resolution Centre using the internet on your phone and not the PayPal App. You may need to turn your phone to landscape mode in order to be able to see the "escalate a dispute" button.
