Temporary hold lifted

I had a refund on 3rd sept and the status for the refund said 'temporary hold' but a after a week or so the status had changed to 'temporary hold lifted' but there is still no sign of my refund in my paypal account or bank account. Does anyone know how long this takes?

If you funded your PayPal payment with a card then it won't go back to your balance. 

It will automatically go back to your bank/card but  takes about a week to process back there.
