Hi, I just bought a prepaid Visa card with $20 in balance, so i attempted to make an anvoice to add $20 the Paypal balance. But i accidently denined it, then I checked both balances (Paypal balance and the Visa card balance) and they both have $0. So, how long it will take to refund the money back to the Visa card?
