I hace had so many problems lately with ebay and the last straw i have just been ripped off out right with an item, i have gone down all the right channels and just getting messages back from the seller wanting to argue, what do i do, or should i say have a got a chance of a full refund ??

Open a dispute requesting a refund.

Should that not work, if you paid using a credit card, contact your card issuer and inquire about doing a chargeback.
