Take up with paypal?

Hello ive opened a dispute with a seller as an item i bought from them hasnt arrived after a week, and i am unable to send them messages on the application (depop) i purchased the item off of. they have also not responded to any on my emails or messages on paypal. I was wondering if i should wait for them to respond (which they wont) or take it up with paypal now instead of the 20 days in which was advised. Thank you.

Up to you when you escalate a dispute to a claim > I normally allow 3-4 days and then escalate but to be honest it depends on other factors as well eg type of sale / type of item / business or private seller etc etc.


Advice is voluntary.
