Refunds

I have bought three items that i want to return as I have changed my mind, within the 14 day period. The seller's website states the following:

"RETURNS

Refunds or exchanges will be made to any item returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging (at the customers own expense) within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Goods that are returned due to customer ordering error or change of mind will incur a restocking fee of 5% of the original order value (excluding postage but including VAT)"

Can they charge this restocking fee and offer less than a full refund, minus postage. my understanding is that the legislation refers to a refund but it does not specify a full refund and i take it to be an implied term that this is a full refund. where do i stand?

Yes they can as paypal does not cover ''buyer remorse''.

Plus you bid on that persons auction or website agreeing to those terms.

If i get items that i have changed my mind about i just re-sell them myself.
