I am trying to open a claim for a refund for an item not received yet all I get after entering all the details correctly is ' Sorry there was a problem, please try again.' This has being going on for two days now. What the heck is the problem as dodgy sellers seem to be getting away with money left right and centre of the last month. I am simply losing faith with both Ebay and Paypal not doing enough to protect us honest buyers.
