When I try requesting a payment, this message pops up:
There's a problem with your account. Please visit our Help Center so we can help you resolve this quickly.
There was nothing that helped me in the Help Centre and I have no idea what's wrong with my account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
