Hi, I have a persistent buyer from ebay who persistently pays (6th time now) for items that are no longer available. After the 4th time I stopped messaging him and now I just refund him every time he pays. He's doing it to annoy me and ebay are monitoring his activity. How can I block his email address on paypal so I dont have to keep refunding him as this is getting out of hand now.
On PayPal we currently don't have an option to block certain email address. I am not sure if eBay can block certain users from bidding on your items but it may be worth checking with them.
I would also recommend politely asking this buyer not to continue sending your payments and advise them that you have reported this to eBay.
