Hi there Hollieapril,
Welcome to the Community!
I apologise for the delay in getting back to you on this.
If your seller has refunded the payment to your wrong email address, it sounds to me that they have refunded you using the Send Money tab on their PayPal account. This would result in a payment being sent from their account to your account instead of the refund being processed through the original transaction details page.
If you have access to the email address that the payment was sent to, you can try registering the email address to your PayPal account and then once it has been confirmed, you will receive the refund within a few hours.
If you don't have access to the email address, you would need to try contacting customer services directly and we will be able to investigate it further on your behalf. If possible, we can see if we can transfer the refund from the account that it was sent to to your current PayPal account but we would need to look into it first.
I hope this helps,
David.
