hi there ,hope somebody can help .i recentley escalated a case as the item I recieved was not as described,the seller was very aggressive and rude but eventually he said I could return for a refund ,he then started saying things like if it's not what he sent me he would not give a refund ,I was getting increasingly worried about his attitude as I suspected item was fake,I phoned paypal and was told to post item back to seller ,I did so and got a refund but only some has come through ,think seller had only some funds in his account ,seller is now appealing paypals decision ,where do I stand here I worried he could say anything and get the money back again ,he is currently selling this item on eBay ,how likely is he to win
