Refunds ??

Hi there I've recently purchased 2 items using PayPal I then received an email saying that said item was out of stock so have been fully refunded logged on to my PayPal account and it says one of the items has been refunded but not entered back into my debit card other item it shows the £70 out but not refunded yet ??? Puzzled neither of these payments have went back into my debit card account can someone please help as to when I can expect to see my money thanks x

I'm afraid we don't have access to account specific information here but I suspect those refunds are moving towards your debit card as we speak. In my experience this process can take a couple of days.

However, we'd be more than happy to take a closer at this if you want to contact us through our other social media channels? This way we can pull up your account details and take it from there.
