Refunded Voucher

Hi there,

I recently bought a pair of football boots on ebay, When I bought the boots there was a 20% off promotion on ebay which I claimed. 

I had to return the football boots and asked for a refund, I received my refund, However I was wondering about the promotion I used and what got refunded to my account.

So I got what I actually paid from my bank back £73.59. I was wondering though do I still get to use the 20% off promotion on another item, by looking at the screenshot below I'd say yes, but I just want to confirm if possible just because I don't want to commit to buying something on ebay and then having to say no I actually can't afford this as the voucher isn't there, if that makes sense.
