I orderd an item with a online website at the end of June, now I have given seller time to send this item as he claimed it was post offices fault, he has said he would refund but not getting anywhere with him.. Can I claim my money back if so how? Many thanks Leah

sorry but you only have up to 45 days to start a dispute on paypal.
your only other option is if you funded the paypal payment with a card ask your card issuer to chargeback for you.
if the seller was a registered UK business then you can contact trading standards as you have rights under DSR regs.
