Refund

I ordered one bag from Saks Fifth Avenue through PayPal, but there was a hole so I returned it.

Saks Fifth Avenue said my refund was issued on 3/27/2016, but I haven't received the money for now.

0 balance in my PayPal account. I tried lots of times to call PayPal and they were always "currently busy"

I found that other people had same problems with me about "refund issued but on money in the accout"

I really would like to know why and how to solve the problem! I am really worried!!

Thank you all for the help!

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Really? But the seller told me it will go back my paypal account.

If it would go back my bank account, it has been almost 4 weeks, no money back....

Thank you anyway

Oh. Yours is 4 weeks. Mine is since last year November. Paypal makes it hard for them to easily be reached, especially for someone who is in a place where the internet is haphazard.

Contrary tooptions selected, they claimed to have tried unsuccessfully to withdraw from my old bank account when i expressly gave them a debit card to withdraw from. Long story short, they withdrew my money twice and sent a refund mail claim to me. Till today I haven't seen the refund. If they could not credit it back to my card, why not leave it in my Paypal account so I can buy other stuff with it? Now the very records of the transactions have been deleted from the records. Has Paypal become like the criminals I'm trying to cope with in Nigeria?

I want my money back. It's probably £22 or $22 or thereabout. I can't be expected to keep a tab on all these things becaue I'm not expecting to be cheated on here. Please give me back my money! I'm struggling to stay afloat with the little I have and don't expect large corporations to be cheating me; it's unconscionable!
