I recently purchase d apair of shoes online on the 30th of september and 2nd of october,but because of secruity issues the store cancelled my purchase,twice.

 

i emailed them asking for a  refund and on several occasions they have stated that they dont have it,its paypal who has it.

 

so now im wondering why paypal hasnt put it back in,its being 2 WEEKS.and nothing is back and im getting annoyed now!

Open disputes for items not received

You have 45 days from the purchase date

 

If you have received a refund you will receive a confirmation email from ppal and see that a refund has been issued in your account

 

If you do receive it meanwhile you can close the dispute if you are satisfied

Thank u for the reply,

 

i have rang paypal asking for a REFUND,and asking for my money back to my ACCOUNT

 

and they said wait 6-7 days,im not satisfied at all,just want my money back into my account

Ok unfortunately refunds can take up to a week once issued
