Welcome to the Community Forum.
I would highly recommend that you do not close the claim, especially if you have concerns about receiving your item. Once a claim is closed it cannot be reopened.
In this case the seller will be asked to either refund you or prove that he has sent you the item. If you receive what you order you can close the claim then and the seller will get his money but to stay protected please leave the case open for now.
