Escalate claim

I need to escalate a dispute I have through PayPal but I can't seem to find a link that says 'escalate claim'. The PayPal instructions take me to resolution centre then to 'view' but then the only links I can find are to agree that the dispute has been resolved. Can anyone help please? Huge thanks

Hi Shar13,

Thanks for your post

Escalating the dispute to a claim is only available after 7 days. This allows enough time for the item to be delivered. after 7 days the option to escalate appears in the Resolution center. You can also call the claims support line and an agent can update that for you if you have a good reason why you cannot wait for 7 days. If it has been after 7 days call us. Please call us on 0800 358 7911

Hope this helps

Adam

Hi Adam, thanks for replying. My 20 day time period where I am allowed to escalate the dispute to a claim actually runs out tomorrow, that's why I'm I'm concerned that I can't find a link to click on to escalate to a claim. If I don't manage to escalate the dispute today I think I'm out of time. Any suggestions? Many thanks
