Morning all. My first time on here.
So in a nut shell
Ordered from a ebay seller.
Seller send the item via Yodel. item was stated as delivered in a safe place as advised...( in front garden)
I was not contacted by the seller to verifie if it was safe to leave the parcel. I dont have a front garden.... and I would not reccommend that anything to be left on my door step as its not safe I would have prefered to collect from the office or reschedual a delivery.
Not paypal had refused a refund as the seller has provided enough evidence. (persuming the tracking) which states left in gront garen in a safe place.
Now Im almost £52 out of pocket.
please advise

Seller has no say in what the courier company decide to do with your parcel, as long as tracking shows the item as delivered your seller has done all that is asked of them.
Its really between you and Yodel, you need to contact them and see if you can resolve things between you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Yodel have said that the was advised to leave it in a secure place. so therefore that was done apparently and are now saying i have to go through to the seller
