I brought a camera for £356 with pay after delivery on eBay it was meant to come with two lens but only came with one so I asked the seller to refund they accepted reluctantly. It is marked as delivered by royal mail but the seller says he has not received it but I have noticed that he tried to re sell the item.so I opened a claim on PayPal and after 10ish days they confirmed i was entitled to a return the item which I already knew and had already done so. My question is what are my options to resolve this
