Hi! I have an outstanding refund from ebay seller which she said re refunded me las 30 Oct, and until nw I havent rceve it. That was my first refund I ever have. And I dont know how to reclaim it. Pls help Thanks.
Refunds go back to the funding source of your original paypal payment.
If you funded that payment with a debit or credit card then it will go back there but takes 7 days approx to go back to your bank account and a bit longer to a card.
