REFUND

hi,i paid for a product and then cancelled it because it was the wrong thing ,the seller has already sent the refund but inbetween this my old visa card exspired and still not got my refund off pay pal even though i put my new card details on to my account  im wondering how long this will take,its been over two months (roughly) for my REFUND.Thanks.

Refunds always go back to the funding source used to pay for the item.

So it would go to your old card not your new one.

Contact that card issuer and see if they can trace the refund.

i have been into my bank and they say it hasnt been sent to them and i need to get back in touch with pay pal my item ID number is 181186546316 .I would be gratefull if you could sort this out for me.thanks.

It sounds frustrating.

Unfortunately no one here can see your PayPal account details so I would recommend you contacting PayPal Customer Service over phone or via Social Media - Facebook or Twitter.

I'm sure they will be able to advise you the best solution in this situation.
