REFUND HELP NEEDED RIGHT NOW

HI to all reading this,

I purchased an item from this site here

and the order processed through Paypal for £21.21 however I did not recieve the item at all and their customer service is quite non-existent.

When I purchased it I did NOT login to my Paypal account sadly I did not relaise!

I NEED to get a refund anyone help me please?

If you mean you paid as a guest buyer via paypal then you can still open a dispute but you have to contact paypal customer services and they will open one and escalate it to a claim for you.

However as you have up to 45 days to file a dispute I would wait until Tuesday as I doubt you will get many staff working over Easter.

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
