I made an order with Home Depot. My money was taken out of the account and I thought your thing was fine because Home Depot sent me an email confirming the purchase. Then a couple hours later I received a Nother email from Home Depot saying that they were unable to contact me so they had to cancel the order. They say they never took payment which I understand but my PayPal has been seen pending for the last two weeks and I still have not seen my money returned to my account. Is this normal?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
