Pending refund date error???

I am have seen the note attached to my status on my pending refund to PayPal balance and it gives the available date of my money to be refunded on 27th February. It’s now 27th febuary and I have not received my money at all and I’m worried where my money has gone.

Is it still showing as pending?

The date given is an estimate?

How did you fund the paypal payment in the first place bank transfer or a card.
