Hi. I sold an item on ebay on Sunday 24 Sept. The buyer paid by Paypal, but the transaction is going through as an Echeque. My paypal account has been telling me to wait until the money shows (approx 9 days) before sending the item. Suddenly it has changed to Payment Status: 'Returned'. The details say 'This payment was automatically returned by Paypal on 28th Sept because the funds were unclaimed for 30 days' But my ebay account tells me the payment has been received. Can a buyer cancel an Echeque after a few days ?
