I sold an item on ecay. the buyer wanted a refund of some sort he said there was damage.. So pay pal put the payment on hold so my account is now -£41.50
I made a offer a part refound and the buyer said yes to £10,,,,, So I put £10 in my pay pal account to cover this.. however pay pal still says I need to pay £31.50... Why

If your buyer opened a claim for Item Significantly Not As Described, PayPal would place the payment on hold until the case is closed. If the buyer accepted your offer but the claim is still open, this might be the reason why the transaction was not refunded to you.
