Hi, wondered if anyone can help me, I've purchased an item today but noticed Ive been charged 5 times for the same item, I've tried contacting PayPal to see if they can help and the phone number on the help section is invalided. And still no reply from email, has anyone else had this experience in the past, will I get my money back etc
Its OK to get the payment reversed but the funds have been taken from my bank account and the paypal system has put a hold on my money so I can not get it back - this took 5 days last time - then to transfer it back into my account another 5 days - this is not good.
If they know its broke then they should remove the holds and put my funds back.
the same thing happened to me on monday. its only down to the honesty of the seller that i know about it. paypal unobtainable so i will be taking legal action
