Well, I bought this item on ebay. I didn't recieve my item, so I contacted the seller. The seller told me he would refund me.
Today the seller told he had sent the refund, but I didn't recieve any notice from paypal, nor the order status changed. All this time I have been suspecting from the seller, there have been many fishy incidents, so I would like to know how I can be sure the seller sent me the refund.
If it does not say refunded in your paypal account history then he has not.
You can still file for non receipt of item via the resolution tab in your paypal account up to 45 days > then give him a few days to refund and if he does not then escalate the dispute to a claim.
