Non asked For Refunds?

I Have several  reunds appearing along side paid items, but after contacting buyer's have found they did not ask for them and now it's getting worse?

Could some one please Help,  I have contacted pay pay but they never solved the issue and being new to ebay as a seller this is very worrying.

Do you mean there are the words "issue refund" next to the transactions of items that you have sold??

If so then that is quite normal, it happens to me as a seller as well. It is put there so "if" you need to issue a refund you can locate it BUT it is NOT an instruction to do so.

So nothing to worry about.
