I contacted the seller when i realised that PayPal showed that i had paid for an item multiple times and they refunded me. This may be the only option for others experiencing the same issue, as PayPal are impossible to get hold of!
I have just spoke to customer service and have been told that the money will be fully refunded in 1-2 days... Well at least we got some information about what's happening
What number did you ring? Another item i paid for numerous times won't be refunded by the seller because he says paypal will take 5.40 off him for doing it? And did paypal say they'd refund you or everyone who's had the same problem?
I received a payment for an item 4 times but refunded the extra 3 myself and explained in the reasoning, Paypal won't refund the original payment will they, am guessing they will be able to see that I already did this for my buyer?
I did exactly the same contacted the buyers refunded all but the original payment within an hour and shipped the goods which arrived on the 31st. Today i get the transaction that was left reversed by paypal with no contact whatsoever i guess they are **bleep** they didnt make on the ebay fees aswell right? The tracking states delivered so thats the payment gone and the goods
i am still having an issue? with my paypal ac showing a deficit which i dont owe....customer service?? what customer service...cannot get through, keep being cut off...ove a dozen times thus far xxxx
