I received a e-mail on 8-5 from PayPay stating that I was given a refund...when checking my account on PayPal the refund is not showing up.. shouldn't it show even if there is a hold on it?

It might be because of how you funded the original payment. Find that transaction, click details, scroll down, any associated transactions, including refunds, will be visible there

If your payment was credit or debit card funded, the refund will have been returned to the card it came from Smiley Happy

Hey there,

Yes, you follow Red-bays instructions and view the associated transactions you will be able to see the refund.

If the payment was funded by your card, as red-bay says, the amount will credit back to your card. However if the refund was funded by your sellers bank account it may 5-7 working days to clear into your PayPal account balance. If you check the details of your transition you will be able to get a better idea of where the funds are coming from.

I hope this helps. Thanks red-bay Smiley Happy
