Monarch - I'm trying to claim a refund

Anyone had any success in getting a claim about Monarch into Paypal's Resolution Centre? I've tried three times and no case is appearing in the RC. The latest time I tried the PP system responded by saying I'd already raised this issue (or words to that effect). But the RC still shows no active case.

in the resolution centre where you see no activity, look for a "Closed Cases" tab or "All Cases" tab. That's how I found out my claim had been considered and rejected. I had no notification from PayPal and only found this out by searching around. Not very satisfactory, paypal could easily make this much more transparent. Good look with getting your money back, I am starting to feel this is not going to end well for many people who were affected by the monarch collapse.

Wnet through customer servce. keep asking to talk to "customer service" on automated system. Got through easy to make claim got money refunded to credit card in about 15 days.

Its ridic!!!!
Im so frustrated with the 'its already been logged' rubbish, yet cant see anything...
For a start, if they know there is a technical problem........bloody fix it!!!!!
Hundreds of £££ out of pocket and within the timescale but no joy!
I wonder if PayPal are just holding on to our money as iots a huge refund pot!??

Really sorry to hear you are struggling.
I left my claim until all the fuss had died down.
Claimed via the default online system a week ago and escalated immediately. Paid in full 4 working days later.
