Minus -£20.00 PayPal Credit???

Bought a item on eBay using my PayPal Credit. Payed £20 off the debt then the seller cancelled order and refunded me me the total of the item. Now I'm sat with a minus £20 In my PayPal Credit account. Surely I should be able to take that back as the amount I borrowed from the PayPal Credit has been refunded. I'm so confused !
