So i was trying to order two shoes from this guy who is very trusted in the sneaker community and stuff and i was talking to him on skype and he said his sites cc was glitching and he said to use paypal via gift to pay, so i did ($314 cad to be exact) and when the gift payment went thru and stuff i screen shotted it and sent it and he said it was confirmed so everything was going great and he said 'qc pics in 2-3 days' which means he'll send pictures of the shoes in that timeframe and if i am satisfied with the he will send them out, but after 2-3 days he wasnt responding, so im like it must be fine just a day over it happens but then i ask him again for the pictures like 2 days later still no response. over a week of trying, almost 2 now and no response. So then i get ahold of his whattsapp and i told him that you havent sent me the pictures and he said what did you pay from and i said paypal, then he said it might be scam and thats when i got freaked out, after i gave him the email of the guys paypal he confirmed it was a scam, so he said do a chargeback asap and i really have no clue how, im trying and looking around and i saw it said you cant refund or chargeback a gift is that true? Please help me someone asap. thanks in advance (sorry for bad english it isnt my first language)
