I have just noticed that against one of my transactions on 11th September 2011 where I sold an item to a buyer and received the funds, it says "issue refund". Since I have had no case raised against me by the buyer, what's that about?

Hey there,
You will usually see the ‘Issue Refund’ button next to recently received transactions when you log into your account. We are not asking that you issue a refund. The button is there to make the refund process faster and easier for seller’s who wish to refund payments.
