Is there any point trying to fight a false charge back on virtual items?

I sold someone about $140 worth of counterstrike: global offensive items and he/she charged back after about a day, i have screen shots of our chat logs and every trade but i dont feel like paypal will take any of this as evidence, has anyone had any experance with chargebacks on virtual items? how did it go? an i wasteing my time trying to fight this?

Fight it by all means you never know !!
However as you have no seller protection for virtual items it is doubtful you will win.
Advice is voluntary.

mate i'm dealing with this right now. but there is not realy a point only 15 peeps have ever won a chargeback case with paypal
