ONCE AGAIN RIPPED OFF BY PAYPAL!

THE BUYER CAN OPEN A CASE IMMEDIATELY AFTER BUYING AN ITEM

AND NOW THE BUYER CAN GET A FULL REFUND WITHOUT EVEN RETURNING THE ITEM

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED IN MY LAST DISPUTE CASE, I COULD NOT BELEIVE IT!

EVEN PROVIDING A TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT FUNDS WILL

BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU! I LOST MONEY IN MY 2ND TO LAST CASE THROUGH THEIR INABILITY TO FOLLOW A PERFECTLY GOOD TRACKING NUMBER I GAVE THEM. 

CLEARLY NO COMMON SENSE IS APPLIED TO ANY OF THEIR CASE INVESTIGATIONS.

FOR THE >10% CUT THEY TAKE FROM EVERY TRANSACTION THAT IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THEM

Yes! Sold an item on Ebay, and the buyer managed to reverse the payment a few days after the transaction was listed as completed. Unfortunately, I'd already sent the item. PayPal never responded to my queries, and I lost over £100 in that transaction. I'm very wary of using PayPal now. I've had other problems in the past, and I wouldn't recommend it as a payment vehicle.

iv got a different problem though,

iv had 3 transactions of the same 3 items take from my bank, i wouldnt mind if it was measly pennies.but we are talking £25.00 a time. YET my account balance on paypal is -£25, 

i want my money back!!

im going to close my paypal account and retrieve the funds from my bank.

I have been ripped off my paypal, i am that disgusted with them that i want to close my account! basically a buyer bought my product off ebay who lived in germany.  In the listing i made the bidders aware that i can only post to the uk. i explained this to the buyer and refunded their money via paypal as this is the method they used to pay me. Quite a few weeks after i started getting threatening e mails off the buyer so i explained again how i do not post to germany (and certainly not for 50p!) and that his money had been refunded on paypal. He then opened up a dispute on paypal so i explained to paypal how i refunded what i paid, including the transaction id of the payment recieved and the payment sent.  Paypal then said that they see from the transactions that the money had been returned but they would have to agree this with the buyer, the buyer then told paypal that the money i returned to him was for something else and now paypal has paid them again and demanding the money off me!! i dont see why i have to pay twice because of this stupid company!!! I would never use this company again! it may be only £4.51 but its the principle!! i am sorry if this was worded wrongly but i am so fuming and angry! its put me off using paypal and selling on ebay which i used to really enjoy! thank you you absolutley useless company!!!!!

Yesterday paypal decided to give the payment back to the buyer even though I emailed paypal that the seller left positive feedback because he received the item. Paypal wants so much  the buyers to use paypal that they are losing sellers. The sellers that give them the profit and they don't realise that. I am soooo disappointed in paypal that I am never going to use it in my auctions. I posted something to Italy and even if you pay for signed delivery royal mail can't trace the parcels outside UK so there is no win for us sellers. I had the prove of posting with the date and the destination (Italy) but paypal is not interested. Why are they there if they can't check at every case. If you are a seller and you are not happy to use recorded delivery for national and international post than PYAPAL IS YOUR WORST ENEMY. Shame on them, I am so mad and disappointed at them.

EBAY AND PAPAL ARE A JOKE I HAVE SOLD A FEW ITEMS OVER SMASH AND BUYERS HAVE MADE CLAIMS TO PAPAL THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS OR NOT AS DESCRIBED  TOTAL NONSENSE

GOODS FULLY DESCRIBED AND SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL , AFTER DISPUTES RAISED CONTACTED EBAY BY EMAIL AND PHONES CALLS . AFTER EXPLAINING , WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY . SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IT WITH A PINCH OF SALT. PAPAL REFUNDED   ALL . CONTACTED PAY PAL AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY USE GUIDELINES , WHEN ASKED WHAT GUIDE LINES WAS TOLD COULD NOT TELL ME AS IT WOULD UNDERMINE  PAY PAL PROCESS .

EBAY AND PAY PAL DONT GIVE A DAM FOR SELLERS. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE IS THE LIES THEY TELL ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED ARE THE FEES THEY CHARGE AND THE DETAILED SELLER RATING THAT ARE NOW LINKED TO PAYPAL ARE ALSO A JOKE

im livid someone purchased an item took 10 days to pay when i contcted her for the second time she replied in english  that i have to wait. sent the item she denies getting it but dont contct me she complains in spanish to paypal  i email her twice offered refund twice no reply now she escalates in spanish for a refund via paypal i know shes got the item atherwise why is she doing everything in a foreign language with them and not talking to me all her items she has bought are in english but im the bad guy? seems to me that the only people with protection here are not the sellers i have to foot the bill in a refund as well as pay the final selleing fees and i did nothing wrong i cant even put my side of the argument this stinks and not the first time either why does paypal only allow one side of an argument and the seller can only respond by a refund?

Well its clear as day light that both ebay and paypal have lost direction...and is clearly no longer an auction website or just a payment system & is now over run with stock clearance with big promotions on high street savings save 60% here today special offer there...vast amounts of dead stock,end of line and over produce being cleared & paypal taking the role of a bank

Sending out a message to new comers to sell off there belongings,goods,gifts and assets...

Its very shameful ,disrespectful and disgusting what these sites have become in the rush for profits and bigger numbers..Its clear these CEO's don't know or understand the simple rule 'more is less and less is more'

Ebay and paypal need to be charging and much higher % to business sellers and high volume sellers ...The fee's seem to be the wrong way around where if u do more u pay 1.something % where to if you do less your paying close to 4%

I wonder why would you want less of out of more ,and more out of less .....Sometimes I really do wonder about these people at the top of these businesses ,,I thought they had more sense and thought more long term,,because the direction of the business has gone from where I'm sat is more sells for less than less selling for more..

If paypal & ebay was to charge more to who selling more then its likely they will sell less or for more money and restore value of all kind not only money to the market place which I feel is missing big time right about now because the high volume of low prices is not helping anyone and nothing seems to be stable or holding any value,,assets & holdings seem to be losing value with in weeks & days rather than slowly rising over the years

what is the aim I ask to make and bigger profit,bigger numbers,a stable market place or a larger %..

Like i don't really know the full in's and outs and I'm just going by what I can see from data I can see by my screen,but from where I'm sat everyone seems to be now spending more to make less which makes no sense to me.....

No point braggin nearly 300 million accounts and only 9 million a day successful transactions.. and most of that 9 million is likely to be done by the same people..which I guess is around 500,000 people active worldwide ( I said I guess )..

If it was my system I'd personally look to clearing up the non active users and invest more in the active ones it ..

The dead weight must be running up some serious bills

I like what multiply.com use to say about not trying to be the largest network but building a meaningful network... 1 good friend is always going to be of greater value than 1000 bad ones....best not to get lost in the hype or the drama
