I´ve been charged £35 and I didn´t buy anything

Hello!

I recently bought a pair of boots in JusFab and they charged me £15 because they had disccount and everything fine. 

But last week i´ve been charged £35 and I haven´t bought anything else. 

 

What can I do? How do I cancel that payment? 

 

I appreciate your help.

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about this.

 

Sounds like you might have set up a recurring payment or subscription with the merchant in question. If you don't wish to continue paying the merchant, you can cancel the payment in place to prevent further payments from being sent. Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Select My money.
  4. Beside ‘My pre-approved payments’, click Update.
  5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  6. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request. 

You would need to contact the merchant directly to request a refund for the amount of £35 which was deducted.
