I didn't receive my item

I bought an item i waited a while to recieve it, i contacted the seller several times and got no reply then i got an email from ebay saying the seller had opened a case the reason being the seller couldn't guarntee delivery and offered me a refund which i accepted but this was a week ago and still no item or refund i have contacted the seller quite a few times and yet again no reply, when i click on the item instead of now saying I've paid where the pound sign is too say paid there's now 2 dashes and it says payment pending at the top its been like this for a week what does this mean thanks in advance jon

Go and find the transaction in your paypal account > does it show as a refund and does it say anything else?

All it shows is completed payment from me there is no sign of a refund from the seller, the only thing that has changed since i was offered a refund is when i view the item it not longer says item paid it says payment pending and its changed from a pound sign to 2 dashes

Ok i am only interested in what it says in your paypal account rather than ebay account.

So it is showing as completed but no sign of refunded?

There is no temporary hold showing in your paypal account?

If not then go to ebay and click on the resolution tab in your "my ebay" and see if you can open a dspute for non receipt of item.

Hi it doesn't say anything about a refund at all i will open a case and see what happens then thanks for your help 🙂

I don't know if this will make a difference but when i paid for the item it was done by echeque
