Now I have got your attention.....Ant to cancel an e-cheque as too slow but there is nothing in the "action" column to let me delete the transaction. Papal are on holiday until And January. Any ideas please?
You can't cancel a pending echeque BUT your seller can.
If they do not know how to do so, tell them to do this:
Go to Account Overview > History > Find the relevant payment > Details > Cancel Payment under ‘Cancel this eCheque payment’ > Review the information and include a message to buyer > Cancel Payment.
