I can't find pending money in paypal

I can't find money pending in PayPal I'm owed £67 and I can't find it anywhere the person says he has put it in my account

I've been told by the person who's refunded me the money is pending it's been nearly 2 weeks now

If you had had a refund then you would have had an email from paypal to say that you were refunded AND the refund would show in your paypal account, if it had not cleared it would still show in your paypal account but would be marked ''temp hold or pending''.

If it is not showing OR you have not had the email then you may not have been refunded.
