How to cancel payment to Safecart

I recently bought an item thru PayPal & payment was made to Safecart. Safecart are now asking for a 6 monthly payment which I did not authorize. Paypal are dragging their feet & are no help, my account format has changed so using "profile" is now not an option. Payment is due on 3rd July 2014. can anyone help me please.

After viewing a post by Paypal_Lucy I eventually worked out how to do the cancelling. Firstly log in, press Help, then go to My Money & press Declined Payments, press Profiles, select My Money & then go to My Pre-approved Payments then press Updates. Select the merchant you wish cancel & click Cancel. Click Cancel Profile to confirm cancellation.

It might surprise you what you find on "My pre-approved payments", it did me.

This worked on PayPal Australia so it should be the same elsewhere.
